Census January & Group Registration
Letter from HQ to all Groups. Please distribute to Parent's Committee for action.

(Jan 08, 2010) - Happy New Year to all.

Please can you urgently distribute this e-mail to all Groups within your District.

We ask that the requested detail in the document be completed by each Group and then be returned to Bramley office ASAP.

The Bramley office needs to start compiling data from 12^th February and be complete by 28^th February.

Please note that the census detail is as per 31^st January 2010.

Other documents that require completion are included with the census document.

Please also note that a “Group Registration” document needs to be submitted by each Group and that outstanding subscriptions are brought up-to-date by 31^st January 2010.   

Very few Groups have submitted their document or brought their subscriptions up-to-date.

Based on detail distributed in Census request for January 2009, the included Group Registration document was for period 1^st February 2009 to 31^st January 2010.

It is therefore requested that the attached Group Registration form for period 1^st February 2010 to 1^st March 2011 be completed and submitted ASAP to Bramley office.

Groups who have not submitted Group Registration documents before 1^st February 2010 will be subject to POR Rules 605 to 613.

As Gauteng now have proper administration support in the form of an accounting company, invoices of subscriptions can now be generated and submitted to groups electronically. Amounts are based on Census figures.

Invoices have been received for distribution and these will be forwarded to the respective group shortly. It is therefore important that our records of Group Chairperson / Treasurer and Secretary are updated ASAP.
